Makeyeva questions the boundaries that can exist within the smallest community, often based on cultural, social and political differences. The artist wants to underline the value of each individual bead and imagine the story behind it. The flexibility of the wire adds a sense of continuous movement of the line in space and invites you to carefully look at the beads, each standing out in its individual section, inviting the viewer to interact with the sculpture.
